Description:
Siemens MD741-1 router is intended for wireless IP data exchange between automation systems through GSM network. The main feature is the data exchange rate increased 4 times due to the applied ADGE technology. Siemens MD741-1 router has a wide range of functions which are easy to set and use.
Technical parameters:
- GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz;
- High speed data exchange through EDGE network (multi-channel EDGE class 12). If there is no EDGE network in the range the automatic switching to GPRS mode occurs;
- Bidirectional IP data exchange with center computer;
- Embedded firewall;
- VPN router (IPSEC);
- Connection through Ethernet 10/100 mbps;
- SMA, RJ45, RS232, =24 V interfaces;
The conditions required for the application of MD741-1 router:
• GSM network operator SIM card with EDGE support.
• Control center computer with fixed IP address, which MD741-1 module uses for setting connections.
