GPRS communicator

GPRS communicator – unique technical solution to install and operate GPRS-communication channel to provide reliable data in various information systems, monitoring the collection and management.

The set includes the following components:

  • GPRS modem with support for Java-platform:
  • Software GPRS-Communicator (Java-application for the installation of a GPRS-modem);
  • Software "Server channel" - server software designed to organize the channels of communication between different equipment and external applications.

Communicator provides the following capabilities::

  • automatic installation of GPRS connection;
  • automatic recovery of the communication channel in case of breakages;
  • integration into any information system;
  • work with the GPRS connection via TCP / IP technology and virtual COM ports;
  • data encryption;
  • reduction of traffic through the use of compression algorithms transmitted data;
  • mapping the state of readiness connections to transfer data;
  • opportunity to "Server channel" to install up to 1000 channels and simultaneously transmit data on them;
  • Remote software upgrade GPRS modem;

Ways of organizing the communication channel between the server and GPRS communicator:

  • Mode connection CSD, installed software on call "Server channel" through a GSM modem connected to the server;
  • Mode connection GPRS, the communicator after receiving a voice call from the software "Server channel" through a GSM modem connected to the server;
  • Automatic access to the GPRS and constant support GPRS communication channel after power device;
